Nowadays, the development of digital printing is too fast, and the market share is constantly improving. So some people who don't understand digital printing will think that digital printing is strong in the end?

In fact, as a textile country in China, traditional printing has experienced glory, but nowadays, a traditional printing with high energy consumption, high pollution and low marginal added value is no longer dominant. However, the traditional printing and dyeing process can no longer meet the rapidly changing needs of the market, and it can not meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements of the country.

In the process flow: the traditional printing needs to be separated according to the printing pattern, coloring, plate making, proofing and other processes. This level of operator is much higher. The digital printing is much simpler. You only need to edit the printing pattern on the computer. After the color separation software is processed, you can input the digital printing machine to print directly.

In terms of precision: the most advanced color set of traditional printing can reach 16-20 sets of colors, and the screen accuracy is generally 250-300dpi. The digital printing adopts the principle of CMYK four-color color matching. In theory, it can spell out 16.7 million colors, and the highest resolution can reach 2400dpi.

In the production cycle: traditional printing, because of the plate making, for the sake of the sample, it only takes about two weeks to make a sample. It is simply impossible to meet the requirements of customers for fast samples. The digital printing can be delivered in a few days without the need for plate making, meeting the requirements of the current fast samples.

In terms of environmental protection, traditional printing will produce a large amount of sewage when it is washed, and the energy consumption and water consumption are very high. Because of the high color yield, digital printing will only produce a very small part when it is washed, and the energy consumption is only one quarter of the traditional printing.
